Gentle Yoga + Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation

Join Grace Yoga this Saturday from 1:30–2:30 PM for a practice centered on mindfulness. As attention settles into the body and breath, the nervous system begins to soften and the mind becomes quieter. This class offers a simple space to slow down, reconnect, and reset.
Class format:
• 40 minutes of gentle, body-aware yoga to release tension and improve ease and mobility
• 20 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra meditation to support deep rest and nervous system regulation
• Welcoming to all levels
