The Hamners checked out Jonahs On Johnston for the first time and we were SO excited to spot our flyer in the window! The pizza was Emersyn-approved (and if you know her, that says everything 😂), but the breadsticks were the real star of the show.

Amazing staff, genuinely kind people, and such a great experience all around. We’re already planning a members-only catering event with them—stay tuned!

We did it!! 🎉 We officially received our occupational tax license and are now members of the Chamber of Commerce, Forsyth-Monroe Chamber! Proud doesn’t even begin to cover how we’re feeling right now.

We took a little time off to enjoy some much-needed family time, but don’t worry—we’re gearing back up and getting ready to dive into renovations!

Hi friends!!! I know you guys have been dying to learn more about me 🤭

I’m Emersyn… the BIG boss behind my mommy’s business (she just helps me out a little)

I am sweet, sassy, and FULL of personality. I might be a little shy at first… but give me a minute and I’ll be talking your ear off!! I love peppa pig, dressing up, and making sure everything is just right (because I’m very particular, duh)

I’m the vision behind it all—every cute little detail, every fun idea… yep, that’s basically me.

It’s officially been 7 days of renovations—can y’all believe it?! We’re planning a soft opening in mid-April. Everything is coming together slowly but with intention, and we’re so excited!

EZ Painting & Washing came by today to help clean, and we are so grateful. She’ll be getting started on the painting this afternoon!

Day 6 of renovations is officially done! All the walls are patched and sanded, and we’re one step closer. I am SO excite...

We are getting closer to the final stages of renovations before the really fun stuff begins.

And I’m excited to share something new…
We’re adding a Mom Fuel Bar!

That means a self-serve dirty soda menu just for moms while the kids play. Because let’s be honest… moms deserve a treat too. 😉

Day 5 of renovations has been a messy one… but the electrical is DONE! 🙌
All of the lights have been switched out and it already looks so much brighter in here. Next up: patching walls. Tomorrow we’ll be covering everything while the HVAC company comes out.

And of course… there’s still more furniture to build.
