Our 4th Quarter Presidential Recognition Award recipient is Chad Noble, Senior System Administrator/Network Administrator in the IT Department. Chad consistently demonstrates an exceptional commitment to Opportunities Inc. through his dedication, collaboration, and reliability. He works effectively with staff across the organization, fosters a supportive team environment, and regularly takes on projects that reduce travel demands for colleagues, allowing them greater work–life balance.
Chad is highly dependable, maintaining perfect attendance and routinely going above and beyond his scheduled hours to troubleshoot issues, meet vendors on-site, and support urgent projects, even during nights, weekends, or PTO when needed. His professionalism, kindness, and empathy toward coworkers, vendors, and visitors make him an outstanding ambassador for the IT Department.
In addition, Chad supports our mission beyond the workplace by volunteering at events such as the Spence Jensen Golf Charity Event, Ham ‘n Jam, and other organizational initiatives. We are honored to recognize Chad for his dedication, character, and positive impact on our organization.
