So beautiful
We are so excited to share this beautiful moment!
SARA Practitioner Angela Hart recently had the honor of sharing Reiki with Aloka, the peace dog who has been walking with the Buddhist monks on the Monk Peace Walk. The day after World Animal Reiki Day, Angela met Aloka in person after sending him distance Reiki — and when she began offering the Reiki space, he immediately ran toward her for a heart-to-heart connection and hands-on support. Someone even caught this beautiful moment on camera!
These are the moments that remind us why we practice this work. Animal Reiki is not something we do to animals. It is a shared space of respect and compassion. When animals choose to connect, it is powerful.
We are grateful to Angela for her dedication and heart as a Let Animals Lead® practitioner. And so thankful she shared her special experience!
And not only was this special moment captured on camera and is being shared with all of you, but it was also added to an article about the Monks in the New York Times! You can read more about this experience in the article in the comments below.
A HUGE thank you to Angela for sharing this moment with our community. ❤️
