Ready to spring into Spring?! The Mobility Workshop program is back to get you moving great!
Spring is a time of renewal, the weather gets better and it's nice enough to get outside. It's time to prepare your joints to go the extra mile with this four week program.
The Wednesday Workshops are a special small group training program for The Other Club and is also open to non-members.
Traditional yoga is combined with modern mobility modalities to provide a fun and energetic physical training experience. It's great for beginners getting started on their fitness journey, more experienced movement enthusiasts that are ready for the next level, or anyone that wants to feel great undeterred from joint pain and old injuries.

Wednesday March 12: Get Rotational! - The Introduction to Controlled Articular Rotations takes you through every major joint as you learn to rotate through full range of motion accurately and consistently. This methodology presents a challenging series of exercises that also provides an assessment tool to learn how your joints move and how they can improve. Learn to contract and extend tissue to maximize growth, recover from old injuries and exercise more effectively.
Wednesday March 19: Floor Foundation Series - Learn the most effective stretching skills you can do from the floor, including 90/90, supine, prone and lateral positions for effective total body training. Learn how to reach flexibility goals by simply moving to the floor and allowing gravity to play a new role in your training.
Wednesday March 26: Standing Strong Series - Improve balance, strength and control using classic standing yoga postures with emphasis on movement integration. Advance on your warrior and lunge positions with time tested vinyasa flow techniques, and include precise breathing to improve exercise efficiency.
Wednesday April 2: Acceleration Series - You are primed to blast off into spring, but before you hit the trail/track/field/road you want feet, ankles, knees and hips that are ready for action. That's why we take a deep dive on improving these key joints to address the most common challenges and the best methods to mitigate injury risk. Bring more blood flow and central nervous system connectivity where it's needed most and confidently understand your movement mechanics.
* Free 1 on 1 online consultation is available before or during the four week program using Google Meet, a video chat tool already installed on most devices. Q&A along with personalized training advice helps you focus and learn more about your mobility journey. Appointment subject to scheduling availability.
Refund and class make-up date: All sign-ups are final, there are no refunds for missed classes. If the teacher is unable to make class for any reason, a make up class date will be Wed April 9 for no additional charge.
