I have been a healing practitioner for the past 20 years, now specializing in trauma release, chronic illness and personal & spiritual growth. I have gone through my own healing process recovering from chronic illness during the past 7 years. Clearing stuck trauma and energetic patterns has been pivotal in enabling me to heal. Personal and spiritual growth has been the key to, and result of my healing process. I am taking what I have learned from my own journey to help facilitate healing and growth for my clients. This is my hearts work and I am grateful for each person I can help move in the direction of awareness, healing and joy.

Exploring trauma is all too often the first approach for some professionals. Or they spend just one or two sessions on safety, which is not enough for most people.
Preparing to work on trauma can take a long time! That doesn’t mean we are delaying healing - Focusing on safety, relationships, and co-regulation in the here and now can drastically reduce suffering and improve the quality of life for trauma survivors.
