This is one of my favorite things about teaching Partner-Supported Childbirth Classes. I love watching the transformation and amazement of as they learn about their body and how it will work during birth. Then, when they come back after .... They truly are .

6 years ago tonight, I was stuffing my face with a green chile smothered breakfast burrito and root beer float.... A couple hours later, I was in labor with my little Peanut Butter Cup! I can't believe she's about to be 6 😊
***apparently, this is the magic labor-starting combo... Because within 12 or less hours of eating this combo, I went into labor. FOUR TIMES. 😳 I didn't notice the pattern until after Theo was born... 🤯
