Fellow entrepreneurs, if you’re looking for a cool place with great vibes in Fort Lauderdale to get some work done, check out in The Thrive Art District. It was my first time there. I was actually looking for coffee(clearly had no idea what kava was). They were very welcoming and took the time to explain Kava and the other tea options. I was able to obtain the energy and focus I needed. Will definitely stop by again!

It’s been a couple of weeks since I attended the 10th Annual Florida International Trade and Cultural Expo (FITCE) at the Greater Fort Lauderdale | Broward County Convention Center, and I’m still reflecting on the incredible experience.
This year’s event focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Global Procurement, creating powerful conversations around international trade, foreign direct investment, and cultural collaboration.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been busy connecting with many of the amazing professionals and organizations I met during FITCE. I’ve been turning introductions into meaningful relationships and exploring valuable business resources that will help shape future growth.
The expo was the perfect combination of business insight and cultural celebration. It featured a fashion show, live performances, cultural exhibits, food and wine tastings, mocking jumbies (stilt walkers), and a lively Junkanoo parade that brought so much energy to the evening receptions.
I’m grateful for the connections, the inspiration, and the unforgettable memories. FITCE 2025 was truly a reminder that when business and culture unite, great things happen. I’m already looking forward to next year! Featured:
