Day 3, got it in 🏃🏾‍♀️💯😝 even though I was tired and my back is killing me and legs are burning😩, I finished😁. Even surpassed my 6k steps 🚶🏾‍♀️ 💪🏾🏃🏾‍♀️➡️ forward

Ok beginning of 2 week kick start cardio only, mainly walking to get my muscles ready for week 3. 5x per week no more excuses 💯 how I felt starting 🤨 and how it ended 😁, I do feel better👍🏾💪🏾. It's 🔥🥵 man y'all stay hydrated out their record temps. Forward is ➡️ just keep going 💯💪🏾🏃🏾‍♀️
