This is the man who made me the counselor that I became. I owe him a great debt of gratitude. For former clients who have given me a lot of credit for their progress in counseling, this is to whom the credit belongs.
The man who taught me that anything is possible and to reach for the stars passed away suddenly yesterday. He is the reason I stuck it out in the counseling program when the going got tough. He is the one that made me work hard and harder for my degree and my credentials; he never let me settle for anything less than my very best efforts. Cyrus M. Ellis, you changed my life & I will never forget you. "Counselor, know thyself."
