At The Meridian at Waterways, we believe that movement is medicine – no matter your age! 💃🕺This week, our residents enjoyed a variety of fun, safe, and energizing activities, from morning stretch classes, and chair volleyball to afternoon nature walks around our beautiful Community.

Physical activity doesn’t just keep the body strong – It boosts mood, supports independence, and brings our community together. We love seeing the smiles, shared moments, and friendships that grow with every step. 💚

The Meridian at Waterways’ Life Inspired Team is always finding new ways to join community organizations to engage in mutually beneficial activities. Today we shared our space with SAGE to train Volunteers that will help LGBTQ + Seniors at Meridian and around the local community!

🌞It’s been a busy and beautiful week here at The Meridian at Waterways! With the weather finally turning, our residents enjoyed spending more time outdoors on the intracoastal – from fun weekly activities to our always popular Car Wash event. Nothing beats perfect weather, fresh air, and good company. 🐳
