Meet Brian Flores – Founder & Operator of Pulse360 CPR

A healthcare professional with over a decade of experience in emergency medicine, nursing, and lifesaving response. Currently serving as an Assistant Nurse Manager in a busy South Florida ER, Brian leads and mentors a team of nurses while providing critical support in high-pressure situations. Before stepping into nursing leadership, he worked as a firefighter, paramedic supervisor, and emergency medical responder — experiences that shaped his deep understanding of how vital CPR and preparedness are in saving lives.

His goal is simple — to help people feel confident and prepared to step in when every second matters.
