We will be at the now famous old downtown circle where HGTV did their Hometown Makeover. If you haven't been, it's really nice and this Saturday is a perfect time to visit. Hey Hey Hey Hometown Honey peeps! We hope you all are enjoying this COOLER weather! It's about time for some "swetta wetta"😁Who's in?!!
Anyway... we have some great events this weekend. Saturday from 9-2 we will be in Lakeland at Presbyterian Church in the Highlands Fall Festival. 1010 Lake Mariam Drive Lakeland Florida.
They have a huge pumpkin patch, live music, food trucks, craft vendors, and lots to do with the kiddos. So come check it out, it's going to be a grand time.

And then on Sunday, you can find us at Lakeside Village from 12-5. They are doing some work on the circle, so we will be near our normal spot, you just need to look for our signs. "Honey For Sale".
Come see us, support small businesses and enjoy the weekend. 🍂🎃🧡🍯🐝

Hey Hey Hey Hometown Honey Peeps!! It's our most favorite time of the year! Fall is in the air 🍂🌻🍁
This will be our third time at this awesome event. It definitely holds a special place in our hearts as it was where Hometown Honey held its very first event! 💛🍯💛
So y'all come on out to the Winter Haven campus of Polk State College, it's such a great kick off to the holiday season and so much fun!!

This weekend I had the honor of meeting an incredible lady. This is Pati Mills. You may not recognize her face but if you've ever been to Publix and seen all the tile murals, she is the one who created each and every one of them, by hand! I felt as if I was in the presence of greatness and guess what, I was. 💚 What a special lady. I told her that I'm not one of those people who asked "may I please take a picture with you?". But I wasn't passing this opportunity up! 📸. One time I met one of the only living original munchkins from the Wizard of Oz, IN HER HOME none the less, and I stupidly did not get a picture with her🤦‍♀️. I wasn't about to let this gem go without a snap shot. Now she may not be on the same level as a munchkin, even though she's tiny☺️ but she's special because she's an artist, and her art work is pretty incredible! I can remember running my hands on the painted tiles when I was younger and thinking just how cool they were. To me, she's a legend and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with her and hope to see her again!!! "Shiny side up" 💚
