Postpartum Restore is a 12-week, pelvic-health-led rehab program designed to help you rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, reduce leaking or pressure, and return to exercise safely and confidently—without guesswork.
This small-group program is led by a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, so every session is intentional, progressive, and tailored to postpartum bodies.
Program Details:
✔ 12 weekly guided rehab sessions (55 minutes each)
✔ Small group setting (1:4)
✔ 1 private pelvic floor assessment to establish your baseline
✔ Train alongside others at a similar stage of recovery
Focused On:
• Rebuilding core & pelvic floor strength
• Resolving leaking, pressure, and pain
• Returning to exercise safely and confidently
• Education you can actually use in daily life
