I’m incredibly grateful today. A patient brought me a sourdough starter and send me multiple videos on how to bake bread at home 🥹❤️

But it wasn’t random — and it reminded me why I do what I do.

Postpartum Restore is a 12-week, pelvic-health-led rehab program designed to help you rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, reduce leaking or pressure, and return to exercise safely and confidently—without guesswork.

This small-group program is led by a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, so every session is intentional, progressive, and tailored to postpartum bodies.

✔ 12 weekly guided rehab sessions (55 minutes each)
✔ Small group setting (1:4)
✔ 1 private pelvic floor assessment to establish your baseline
