🍀 March in York County = St. Patrick’s Day Fun for Everyone! 🍀

Every March, York County turns green with family-friendly St. Patrick’s Day celebrations happening across multiple communities and the best part? Many events are free to attend. Expect food and craft vendors, live bands, kid-friendly activities, local entertainment, and plenty of festive spirit throughout the county.

In Fort Mill, you can double the fun with two annual celebrations. Downtown Fort Mill hosts the Main Street Shamrock Jam, featuring a DJ, green beer, a leprechaun costume contest, and activities for kids. Over in Baxter Village, the Spring Festival & St. Patrick’s Day Parade brings together 100+ vendors, live entertainment, and a lively parade atmosphere.

Rock Hill keeps the tradition going strong with Old Town’s St. Patrick’s Day on Main Street Festival. With live music, food trucks, drinks, and a dedicated kids’ play zone, this long-running event offers something for all ages.

In Clover, the celebration stretches across two days. Festivities kick off Friday with live music, street food, and a beer garden, then continue Saturday with a 5K run, dog show, vendors, and even more live entertainment downtown.

And while York may not host an official festival, local businesses still join the celebration with Irish-inspired meals, festive décor, and fun ways to show off your green — for you and your pups.
