Your skin remembers everything ☀️
Years of sun exposure can show up later as skin cancer—but the good news is the most common types, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, are highly treatable when caught early.
✨ What to look for:
• Rough, scaly patches or open sores that don’t heal
• Pearly or waxy bumps
• Red patches, growths, or areas that bleed or crust
✨ Protect your skin daily:
• Wear SPF 30+ every day
• Reapply every 2 hours
• Avoid peak sun (10AM–4PM)
• Schedule yearly skin checks
Early detection saves lives—and your skin.
