Right here in Southwest Florida, 1 in 8 of our neighbors are deciding between keeping the lights on, or putting food on the table, every single day.
More than half of our team at Exert BodySculpt are parents. Our practice is family owned and operated. Some of our team have personally faced food insecurity and all of us understand that putting food on the table isn't just important—it's necessary for survival. We relate. We empathize, and we refuse to let our neighbors struggle and face things alone during the holidays.
Our Mission: 1,000 lbs of Hope in 15 Days
From November 12-26, we're partnering with Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida, Inc.
Yes, we usually help patients lose pounds—but this month, we're on a mission to GAIN them through donations that will feed families who are scared, struggling, and simply trying to survive.
Your single bag of groceries could be someone's Thanksgiving dinner. Your canned vegetables could mean a child doesn't go to bed hungry. Your contribution—no matter how small—changes lives.
Most Needed Items (Drop off Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM at our lobby):
Instant Potatoes • Canned Vegetables • Cranberry Sauce
Mac & Cheese • Canned Yams • Stuffing Mix
Cooking Oil • Matzo Meal • Flour
This is more than charity. This is community. This is humanity. This is us taking care of each other when times are hard—because we've all been there, or we're one paycheck away from being there.
Southwest Florida, we are asking you directly: Will you help us?
Comment below with what you're bringing in. Let's flood this post with commitments. Let's show families who are struggling that they're not forgotten, not alone, and not invisible.
Because every can counts. Every family matters. And right now, our community is counting on us.
Who's with us? đź’™
(And yes—we might just have a special thank-you for those who step up. Because kindness deserves to be celebrated.)
