I'll be hosting a Pilates Suspension Method Foundations workshop live in Florida this month! In September I'll be hosting a virtual PSM 2.0 workshop to round out the requirements to be PSM Certified! I love this practice, it's a logical development for all things Pilates and easily transportable studio to teach live and virtual! I've found PSM to be a great tool to teach Pilates principals with dynamic results and easily scalable.
