In short, art therapy is a mental health profession that uses the process and products of art making to promote physical, mental and emotional well-being. I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Master of Science from Florida State University in Art Therapy. I am nationally registered with the American Art Therapy Association (ATR) and I have been working with children and teens for over nine years in nonprofit and psychiatric settings. My educational background has allowed me to work towards my life's purpose:

Help others through ART. This page contains information about my current professional experiences in Fort Myers, community outreach projects throughout the state of Florida, inspirational ideas and thoughts as I endeavor to create a better world. My private practice is located in Fort Myers, FL, accessible from Cape Coral, Bonita, Estero & Naples. I specialize in working with vulnerable populations, particularly children ages 4-18. My office in Fort Myers is full of art supplies, therapeutic toys and sculptural materials for kids to play with and explore their emotions.
