The sparkly crystal lady!! Fascinated by the way energy moves and the power of the mind, Sheri Craze has studied the way we hold emotions in the body and many techniques for shifting these patterns. An international yoga teacher, Crystal Reiki Master Teacher, Astrology, AyurVeda Lifestyle, Energy, and Human Design Coach, Sheri is Board Certified for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, is a Neuromuscular Therapist (MA 106800), and holds a Master of Science degree in Maharishi AyurVeda and Integrative Medicine. Creator of the Road Map to Owning Your Energy Programs, Sheri offers live group classes and 1:1 sessions to help you create your best future self.

It’s happening! The next teacher training with begins on January 8th and will be held on Sundays only (with Zoom option) for 22 sessions.

She’ll be holding three Open House times to answer all of your questions (and she may even have some crystals!)

Stop by the studio Thursday the 8th at 5pm, Friday the 9th at 9:00 or 5:30 pm to chat with Sheri herself about teacher training and how it might be right for you!
