Welcome earth-side, Cora! 🎃

This sweet little pumpkin was the 2nd baby to make her way into the world on Halloween. Mama worked so hard and had quite the journey through labor and delivery which made for quite the memorable birth story! She is baby #7 and the 2nd baby girly in the family! The kids all took turns loving on her and are completely smitten to have a new little sis! I am so happy for them and their beautiful family! 🌻🎃

This first time mama labored beautifully in the comfort of her home and got the surprise of a lifetime when she found out the gender of her baby girl with her supportive husband right by her side. You don’t need a lot of fancy equipment. Just think comfort, cleanliness, and care — for both you and your baby. Here are some of the basics you’ll want to have on hand:

*Clean towels & washcloths
*Chux pads or absorbent bed pads
*Plastic sheets or shower curtains
*Muslin blankets
*Large bowl or container for the placenta
*Garbage bags for clean up
*Peri bottle for gentle cleaning after birth.

Remember, this is your space and your birth. Gathering supplies is not just about being ready, it’s about creating a space that feels safe, calm, and supportive as you bring your baby into the world.
