Sudden, intense bursts of energy, usually in pets like dogs and cats, where they sprint around wildly in circles or laps to release pent-up excitement, energy, or relief, often in short, harmless bursts
Why they happen:
A natural way for pets to expend built-up energy, stress, or excitement.
Considered normal and healthy behavior as long as the pet is in a safe area.

Building strength one step at a time 🐾💪

Cavalettis are an amazing rehab exercise that help improve coordination, balance, and muscle control. By stepping over the poles, dogs learn to engage their core, lift their legs evenly, and develop better body awareness — all key components of recovery and long-term mobility!

This exercise is one of our favorites to incorporate into chiropractic and rehab care programs to help dogs move with more confidence and stability. 💙
