My schedule has been incredibly full lately, and I’m so grateful for the continued support of my small massage studio. I’m currently booked through June and my waitlist is sitting around 6–8 weeks. With my husband officially retired from the Army, this being our first summer in our forever home, and wanting to spend as much time as possible with our kids before they head into junior high and high school next year, I’ve decided to cut back my availability this summer. Because of that, I won’t be taking on any new clients over the spring/summer. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported my small business, it truly means more than you know. I’m looking forward to opening my books to new clients again in the autumn.

I am a therapeutic massage therapist, and my sessions are designed to be relaxing with firm, effective pressure, not painful. This is not a forceful or aggressive massage. My goal is to help your body release tension while also giving you the mental break you need.

Every session is tailored to each client. We look at what’s hurting, what you do day to day, your job, training, MOS, workouts, or if you’re preparing for military schools or other physically demanding events. No two massages are the same because no two bodies or lifestyles are the same.

I use a combination of modalities based on what your body needs, all included in one price. I do not upcharge for the work we need to do. Modalities may include deep tissue, Swedish, scraping or gua sha, hot stones, dynamic cupping, stretching, aromatherapy, and hot towel sinus massage. Heated bamboo massage coming soon.

Wildwood Massage Therapy will be closed until December 28th.
Our family recently purchased our forever home, and we’re so excited to spend the holidays settling in and creating new traditions with our children, family, and friends who are visiting.
I’ll reopen on December 28th, but appointment slots are already filling quickly — I’m almost fully booked through January! Due to booking out about 3+ weeks in advance, I’ve decided to add more appointment times starting at the beginning of the year.

✨ Desk Fatigue ✨

If you spend hours at a desk, chances are you’ve felt upper back pain, tight shoulders, neck strain, or low back discomfort. It’s not just the hours of sitting, but the posture your body holds all day that creates stress on your muscles.

Most of the time where you are feeling the pain isn’t where the pain is coming from. During our massage we will work on the whole body including, facial muscles, scalp, hands, etc.
For desk fatigue our main focus is working on:
• Upper Pecs (chest muscles): Sitting at a desk often pulls your shoulders forward — releasing the pecs helps open up the chest and ease tension in the upper back and neck.
• Hips & glutes: Long hours of sitting shorten and tighten these muscles, contributing to low back pain. Working here helps restore balance and mobility.

Massage helps your body reset, reduce pain, and improve posture so you can get through your day with more comfort and energy.

I only have 4 appointments left for the end of September, and I’m already booking into October. Right now, my wait time is about 3–4 weeks, so if you’ve been thinking about getting in, don’t wait — spots are filling fast!

✨ A Gentle Reminder ✨

As many of you know, I run my massage practice on my own while balancing my family’s busy schedule — homeschooling, kids’ activities, my husband’s full-time college and active-duty commitments, and everything in between. Because of this, my availability is limited and I can only take on so many sessions each week.

I also have to be mindful of my own body so that I can continue giving each of you the quality massage you need and deserve — without wearing myself out. My schedule is carefully planned so I can show up fully for every client.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When a session is missed without notice, it not only affects my schedule, but it also takes away an opportunity for another client who may be waiting weeks to get in.

I deeply value your time, and I kindly ask that you value mine in return by showing up for your scheduled appointments (or providing timely notice if you need to reschedule). This allows me to serve everyone as best as I can while also caring for my family and my own health.

If it’s your first time booking with me, here’s a little overview of what to expect:

Intake & Conversation (10 minutes)
We’ll go over your paperwork together and talk through any aches, pains, or ongoing concerns in your body. I’ll ask about your daily activities, stay a home parents (age of your children, postpartum, etc) daily job (or MOS if you’re military), your hobbies, training goals, or upcoming events—whether that’s a bodybuilding show, a race, or simply wanting to move through your day with less discomfort.

Every detail you share helps me understand what’s happening in your body, what your day might be like, repeat body movement, and allows me to create a massage session that’s tailored to your specific needs.

Safe & Comfortable Environment
If you’ve never had a massage before, don’t worry—we’ll walk through everything beforehand so you feel safe, comfortable, and never pressured. Even if you’re someone who doesn’t usually like being touched, we’ll discuss boundaries and comfort levels so you can relax fully.

At Wild Woods, my goal is always to create a safe, welcoming, and personalized space for each client. 🌿

I’m so grateful for the amazing response — I’m happy to share that all of my available appointments were filled, and most of next week is already booked up!

I’m so excited to officially announce that starting Monday, July 14th, I’ll be seeing clients at my new location inside Wheelock Fitness Center!

(Payment will be made after each session at the Wheelock front desk.)

📅 I work by appointment only, as my schedule is designed to accommodate the busy and ever-changing routines of my primarily active-duty clients. Wheelocks front desk will be unable to schedule you or give you information about my schedule.
