Reduce anxiety and eliminate panic attacks with this simple breathing technique. By breathing slowly in and out through the nose and allowing the belly (diaphragm) to expand, you activate the "rest & digest" nervous system. Anxiety and panic are caused by mental stress
Don't focus on IF you are doing it right, just take a long slow breath in through the nose and exhale as slow as you can. Count the breaths in and out. Let your mind and body relax into the feeling of breathing.
