New Wave Wellness New Wave Wellness is a BDDS Medicaid waiver services provider. New Wave Wellness is owned and operated by Erica Pearson and Melissa Fisher.

We provide behavior management, recreational therapy, and music therapy for individuals with developmental disabilities. Erica and Melissa have over 30 years of combined experience in Medicaid waiver services, serving people with developmental disabilities. Erica and Melissa are passionate about providing quality individualized services to those in need as well as families. It is New Wave's belief

that every individual deserves to have the opportunity to live a full and meaningful life, which is the fundamental reason for providing behavior management services, music therapy, and recreational therapy.
