Life is full of things we can't control. As much as we would like to be in control of everything, the reality is the circle of things within our control is quite small. Centering your focus on the small circle of things within your control can help reduce feelings of anxiety and stress and help increase productivity and feelings of contentment.
How people treat you is never a personal attack on you, it's a reflection of what's happening inside of them.
When someone treats you badly, understand that this is their perception.
You can never change another person, but you can understand that you deserve better, wish them well, and walk away.
This does not mean be a doormat. Speak your truth without anger, but then know that the only change that will matter is their changed behavior.❤️🔥
