🌸 International Women’s Day 🌸

Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and power of women everywhere.

And today, I especially honor the women who are feeding their babies.

The ones recovering from birth while learning to latch.
The ones pumping at 2am when the house is quiet.
The NICU moms hand expressing drops of colostrum with fierce determination.
The working moms packing their pumps before sunrise.
The moms who are relactating, supplementing, combo feeding, or doing whatever it takes to nourish their babies.

Breastfeeding is biological — but it is also emotional, physical, and deeply personal. It takes patience. It takes support. It takes courage.

On this International Women’s Day, I see you.
Your body is powerful.
Your commitment is powerful.
You are powerful. 💛

To all the women walking alongside families in this journey — lactation consultants, nurses, doulas, midwives — thank you for protecting and supporting this sacred work.
