Faithful Fertility offers natural family planning (NFP) education for couples virtually or in person. You will learn the Marquette Method, a USCCB approved method of NFP, which can be used to achieve or avoid pregnancy. It includes methods for monitoring female urinary hormones using a home fertility monitor to identify your fertile window each cycle. It can also incorporate cervical mucus changes but it is more accurate using urinary hormones alone.
The Marquette Method also includes specific instructions for breastfeeding moms when your return to fertility is often confusing.
Whether you are trying to achieve your first pregnancy, avoiding a pregnancy while you are nursing a baby, or transitioning into perimenopause, the Marquette Method will positively impact your fertility awareness and also deepen your faith in God's plan for you and your family.
My name is Cassie and I am a family nurse practitioner with 3 kids ages 6, 5, 3...and one on the way! Ever since my husband and I started the Marquette Method after our third baby, I have come to love and respect my fertility and we have grown in our marriage because of the confidence it brings us.
