We celebrated National Apple Cider Day at Glenbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation! Residents enjoyed apple cider, caramel apple doughnuts, and fall cookies! We learned that cider dates back to the ancient times in the Middle East around 2000 B.C. with the first recorded mention of cider in England in the 14th century. Today it is enjoyed worldwide!

They are experts in senior care who are not just doing a job, but following a calling. They are here to help you and your family find answers, solutions and peace of mind. In fact, they become an extension of your family. We are located just south of Coliseum Blvd. E. across from the Allen County War Memorial and just north of Downtown Fort Wayne. Friends and family members are encouraged to visit loved ones. Take a day trip downtown and enjoy the city! We are also close to the Fort Wayne Childrenโ€™s Zoo and several parks, including Johnny Appleseed Memorial Park, Bob Arnold Northside Park and Vesey Park. Seniors will feel safe and at home with our personalized rehabilitation, nursing, long-term, respite and hospice care programs. Accepting Medicare, Managed Care and Private Insurances, our specialists will help you understand your benefits. We also accept Medicaid and can help with the application process. Call and ask for a member of our admissions team for more senior living information or stop by and visit. We look forward to serving you!
