One of the most common questions pharmacists ask us is: What can I do in my state?
Finding that answer usually means digging through state legislation databases.
We think that information should be easier to access.
Our new public tracker lets users search by state and view passed and in-progress legislation related to pharmacist clinical opportunity, including scope of practice, reimbursement-related items, and even some select PBM reform. We also included direct legislation links, plus a section for ECAPS and other federal movements, so that you can read for yourself exactly what the law says.
This is our small step toward more transparency in pharmacy. We’re evolving—just like clinical pharmacy is.
