I lost 25lbs in the mess of weaning a nursing baby while working full time & chasing my oldest in their first year of sports

My life wasn’t any less chaotic or busy than yours.
I lost the weight because I stopped because I stopped waiting on my life to fit the mold of every online program out promoted by people who I ~aspired~ to look like.

I stopped following “rules” made my women who weren’t in the same season of life as me - working full time, solo parenting, having to consider food allergies, struggling with PCOS. 

I stopped eating “trendy” foods just because they were “healthy”. 
I stopped pretending to have the energy or desire to spend my entire Sunday meal prepping.

Instead I focused on food I would *actually* eat the entire week before getting the ~ick~
What workouts I would muster of the energy to do after a long week (but it’s on Wednesday).

THAT’S what I built my life around.

Because I’ve ~lived~ it … through a few different seasons… I created the last program you’ll ever need to buy.

I used to believe my family’s life would fall apart without me. Then it was tested.
🤰At 28 weeks pregnant, I was put on bedrest & hospitalized, 2 hours from home, away from my husband and my child.

And the hardest part to admit/accept?
Their lives didn’t stop.
They kept going. They had to.

I honestly think I made it even harder on because I had always done everything. So while they were missing me, they were also figuring out how to do what I always did.

But I learned: I am not a better mom when I run myself into the ground. Neither are you.

I’m a better mom when I have energy.⚡️
When I feel confident in my body.🔥
When I actually take care of myself instead of putting it off.

Sadly, somewhere along the way, avoiding yourself became the norm in motherhood & it shouldn’t be.

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish…. it’s the standard‼️‼️

Not just because you deserve it, but because your family deserves that version of you.

You matter too. Start acting like it.

It’s Monday…again! You had the best intentions to wake up early for quiet time or a workout buttttt you snoozed the alarm & woke up already behind…😴
You’ve had three sips of coffee & whatever you could quickly grab on your way out the door…. That counts as breakfast, right?🥞🤣

You’ve looked up the same workout plan 4 times this month & never started it. You have 17 saved reels you’ll “do later”.🏋️‍♀️

You know exactly what you *should* be eating & but it’s 3pm & you haven’t had a real meal yet… at least not a nourishing one.

And the worst part? You’re not even lazy. You do A LOT, all the time. You’re exhausted. You’re running on empty for everyone else and there’s just… nothing left for you & by the time you get a second to breathe you just want to scroll & dissociate.

So you skip the workout (again). You grab whatever’s fast (again). You tell yourself you’ll be better tomorrow (again).

And then comes that feeling. The, I-don’t-even-want-to-look-in-the-mirror & hate seeing myself in pictures feeling that follows you around all day.🪞

^^^ That’s what happens when you’ve been trying to do too much, too perfectly, for too long with zero support & not enough simplicity.

I’ve worked with hundreds of women exactly here. And what finally got them results wasn’t a harder plan or more willpower.

It was someone taking the mental load off the table & showing them what simple actually looks like in their real, busy, chaotic life.

That’s what I do.

As a business owner & mom x2 my life is BUSY (just like yours😅🤪) but even when I’m busy, I want to feel confident in my body & have energy to keep up!

THIS is what my lunches look like.
I eat the same 3-5 things in different variety on repeat for weeks on end. It’s not always pretty.
I usually cook it on Sunday & eat on it throughout the week (or use leftovers).
Most days I eat while working.

Do I love always eating the same thing? No.
Do I love feeling like crap about myself? Also no.
So, I’ll do what I don’t always love because it’s CONSISTENT & makes me FEEL good.

I don’t skip meals. I don’t live on coffee & energy drinks until 2pm.
I’m not “being good” all day, just to go crazy at night.

I’ve done enough of that.
Eat light all day ➡️ stay busy ➡️ ignore hunger ➡️ spiral later

Now? I build my meals around protein + fiber (carbs) + fun. Never fancy, always intentional. 👒

If I was in charge of your weight loss this week…
I wouldn’t cut your calories or hand you a plan and tell you to “just follow it.”

Because honestly, your problem isn’t that you don’t know WHAT to do.🧏‍♀️I hear it all the time: “I know what to do, I just can’t stick to it.”

⤵️Your problem is that your life looks like this:
You wake up already exhausted, rushing out the door with coffee (or an energy drink), *maybe* breakfast if there’s time.�You’re starving by lunch so you grab something quick. By 3pm you’re D O N E so you grab more caffeine.�Then it’s school pick-ups, activities, errands, dinner chaos… & no one will freaking tell you what sounds good for dinner….
So by the end of the night… you’re like, “forget it, I’ll start over tomorrow.” & you’re not even mad about it anymore ~ you’re just so tired of being tired.

So here’s what I’d do differently:

→ eating at actual times, not just when you remember or crash → workouts that don’t require 90 minutes you don’t have → learning how to have a bad day without it becoming a bad week

^^^ THAT is what’s missing.

You don’t need another plan or more restriction.
