It is the worst thing you can do for your clients and your content to overwork yourself. Stay out of burnout. Stay in a healthy flow state. If missing a day on social is going to kill your strategy we need to talk. There are plenty of ways for you to take breaks and still show up.

It is so simple. Be clear on these 3 things.
Otherwise
-Have a Clear Audience -- If not you are posting to everyone and reaching no one
-Have a Clear Voice -- If not aren't finding your soul tribe who loves you for you
-Have a Clear Purpose -- If not your post will not result in the desired action of the reader

THE BIG SECRET IS OUT! 🤫
Have you seen accounts telling you between 8a-9a, 11:30a-12:30p, and 2a-3a are the best times to post your Reels and Posts? I call BS. 🙅‍♀️

⌚️If you have a business account the best time to post is right before most of YOUR followers get online.

📲If you have a creator or business account, from your profile page press >> Insights >> Total Followers >> Scroll to the bottom of this screen
Here you will see the times of day when your followers are most active. Pick a time to post jus before the peak time. So you have the potential of showing up on more of your followers feeds.
So in the example on the 2nd slide you want to post at 6am
Also post a story with some engagement polls on it around the same time and you are golden. ✨

As women we want to support each other. But who we need to support sometimes the most is ourself.
Do you ever feel like it is harder to be your own cheerleader than others. When you hop on camera to record your next story do you delete it because you don’t love it? Self love takes work.
Treat yourself as you treat your friends. Affirmations and self care. Be nice to others. But always the nicest to yourself! 💕

Say goodbye 👋🏼 to the 'Swipe Up' feature after Monday, August 30th.
Instagram announced they will be replacing it with a button similar to the hashtag, location, and mention Stickers in your stories to make it more cohesive. It will also be made available to more accounts! ..
