Earlier this month, I challenged the BoldRx Community to boldly take a deep dive in why their voice may not be as effective as it could be. There were definitely moments this January where I seriously had to pause and reconsider how I was going to most effectively use my voice to make things happen.

My isn't over just yet, and I'm looking forward to getting better about "Seizing the Moment" this next month as we transition into the next chapter of improving our communication skills.

My oh my, P3 spring is not for the weak! Neuropsychiatry IPT, Critical Care IPT, Pharmacy Law, and APPE Readiness have kept the day busy while ceremonial milestones for our Phi Lambda Sigma chapter and my Phi Delta Chi Professional Fraternity chapter keep the nights busy.

This quote by Dr. Tina Aramaki in Letters by Women in Pharmacy grounds me. P3 spring has a weird nostalgia to it. It's the end of many firsts and the first of many ends. I remind myself daily to not let my comfort get in the way of new opportunities.

One of the books that helped refill my well-being cup this winter break was revisiting the wonderful Letters from Women in Pharmacy.
