I reside in North Fort Worth with a wide range of areas I'm available. With evidence based information, my goal is to get you ready for the vital life event of childbirth; keeping you empowered and focused with unlimited hours of emotional and physical support during birth and then making sure you recover peacefully. I'm a mother myself and I understand what a vulnerable time pregnancy and postpartum is. Those few months were a transformative time for me and inspired me to pursue a career in pregnancy, birth and postpartum support so that I can do it full time, building a toolbox of the latest evidence based research and resources you can depend on! There is no right or wrong birth plan considering every laboring person has a variety of factors influencing their decisions so with the proper education and support the best birth plan is the one that makes you feel empowered.

I’ve been a little MIA during November, so I wanted to share a few life updates to share why!

November was probably the best month out of the year for me personally and also the BUSIEST 😬🥰

My daughter and I finally got our own place! Our “starting over” apartment 🩷

I was interviewed by one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met from where I told my story and talked about my mission, it was one of the most memorable days of my life.

All of my clients + a special couple I met on the day of their delivery as a back up doula, had beautiful deliveries that I was so honored to be a part of 🥹

Life has just been extra sweet this season 💚

But I will be better about showing up FOR YOU now that I have even more space and opportunity to bring you education and resources!

Because YOU are the reason life has been so sweet for me and I’ll forever be grateful for your trust and support. I love you 💕

I LOVE and totally understand the sentiment, but it’s just not true…

Bringing life into the world is BADASS, no matter how it happens for you. It’s okay that c-sections aren’t “natural”. That doesn’t change your badassery!!

✨ Ways to Support Someone at the End of Pregnancy (and Encourage Spontaneous Labor) ✨

Remember: stress slows labor, safety + oxytocin speed it up 💕

Here’s how to help:
🌿 Create calm — soft lighting, cozy spaces, gentle voices
🫶 Offer reassurance instead of pressure (“Your body knows what to do”)
🕯️ Encourage rest + naps — exhaustion can delay labor
🚶‍♀️ Gentle movement — walking, hip circles, curb walking, or slow dancing
💧 Hydration + balanced meals to keep energy steady
🛁 Warm baths or showers for relaxation
💆‍♀️ Light touch, massage, or acupressure for comfort
💬 Listen more than you talk — emotional safety = oxytocin boost
🎶 Soft music, laughter, love, and patience — her body will open when it feels safe!
