Tight hips from sitting all day? Try this stretch to open up your hip flexors and improve posture:
1️⃣ Kneel on your right knee with your left foot forward, bent at 90 degrees.
2️⃣ Gently push your hips forward until you feel a stretch in the front of your right hip.
3️⃣ Hold for 20–30 seconds, repeat 2–3 times per side.
Tip: Keep your back straight and core engaged — no arching!

Honoring Our Veterans Today and Every Day

This Veterans Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who have served our country with courage, strength, and selflessness. Your dedication and sacrifice make the freedoms we enjoy each day possible.

We are deeply grateful for our veterans — including those within our own team, our patients, and our communities. Your resilience inspires us to serve others with the same compassion, discipline, and commitment you’ve shown in your service.

Today, and every day, we thank you. 🇺🇸

As the weather cools and outdoor activities wind down, it’s easy to forget that your body still needs movement. Here are a few tips to stay injury-free this fall:
1️⃣ Warm up before yard work — try 10 arm circles and 10 leg swings per side.
2️⃣ Bend with your knees, not your back.
3️⃣ Take breaks every 20–30 minutes to stretch your back and shoulders.
Your body will thank you later!
