Being a mom is one of the most rewarding yet demanding jobs in the world.

Between managing household chores, taking care of the kids, and possibly balancing a job, there’s little time left for self-care.

Unfortunately, this hectic lifestyle can take a serious toll on digestive health. Here’s how:

🥣 Irregular Eating Patterns
Skipping meals or eating at odd hours can disrupt digestion, causing bloating and constipation. Establish a consistent eating schedule and prepare healthy snacks in advance.

🍟 Eating on the Go
Not chewing food properly can cause discomfort and poor nutrient absorption. Make time for at least one sit-down meal a day and chew thoroughly.

🫠 High Stress Levels
Elevated cortisol from stress can cause IBS, heartburn, and ulcers. Practice stress management techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga.
