It’s the beginning on the year! So I wanted to send out a message with a few changes and reminders of GFit protocol for classes 🎉😃

Like this message after you read so ill know its showing in others algorithm ❤️

🚨Class Reminders 🚨
-Use The EoS App Up To 26hrs to sign up for class in advance
-I will strive to arrive 10 mins early to allow set up time before class if the class stop time before me allows it
-See me at the beginning of class to check in. I can assist with sign up if you have any issues with app
-Class warmup starts right at scheduled class time
-If arriving late, please carefully find a space to set up. See me after class to check in 😊
-The last 5mins of class will be for cool down and stretching 🙆
-Please wipe down and put away all equipment in the correct area in the storage room
