Meet Ashlyn Cuppetilli, BSN, RN 🤍

We’re thrilled to welcome her to the Forte Wellness team.
Ashlynn is a Fort Worth–based nurse with a passion for functional, holistic, and preventive care. She grew up outside San Antonio, graduated from TCU Nursing, and has since worked in the ER at Methodist Dallas and the NICU at Cook Children’s.

Her journey into functional medicine started back in college, when she and Alex were paired up by their trainer. That partnership opened the door to a whole new way of caring for the body — one that Ashlynn instantly connected with.
Her mission is to help people feel their best, uncover the root causes behind their symptoms, and support them through every step of their wellness journey. She wants each patient to feel seen, known, and cared for.

Outside of work, you’ll find her reading, cooking, working out, spending time outdoors, or with her church community.
