We’re thrilled to welcome Brittany to the City Cave team! She specializes in myofascial release, injury rehabilitation, and prevention, bringing a deeply intuitive and wellness-centered approach to every session.

Brittany believes the body always communicates what it needs — it’s her job to listen and work in tandem with each client to create meaningful, personalized healing. Her sessions are guided by presence, purpose, and the belief that true recovery is possible through simple, intentional modalities.

Her goal? To help clients experience the profound transformation that happens when the body is supported to do what it does best: heal.

When she’s not helping humans feel their best, you’ll find her soaking up the sun and giving massage sessions to her animals on the ranch!
