Start your Sunday off with a gentle vinyasa flow suitable for beginners to intermediate yogis! German will be guiding you through a variety of stretches that will ease your mind and nervous system. Each ticket sale will include a Smudge soap that you can pick out before class. We look forward to having you join us in setting your intentions for the week ahead with this mindful practice!
