Blanca is certified to teach Bikram Yoga and Yin Yoga. She also is Reiki level 2 certified, does prana healing, and is working on her Reiki Masters.

Yin Yoga is a calm, relaxing practice that helps you relieve tension in your muscles and ligaments, allowing you to release joint pain. Reiki is a Japanese healing therapy that allows you to let go of past negative and emotional energy that causes physical pain.
