Let’s talk FODMAPs 👇
FODMAPs are certain carbohydrates that are hard for some people to digest—especially if you have a sensitive gut or IBS.

When these carbs don’t digest well, they hang out in the gut where bacteria ferment them… which can lead to:
😣 bloating
😣 gas
😣 stomach pain
😣 diarrhea or constipation

✨ Simple way to think about it:
👉 “Hard-to-digest sugars that can irritate the gut.”

FODMAP stands for:
✔️ Fermentable
✔️ Oligosaccharides
✔️ Disaccharides
✔️ Monosaccharides
✔️ Polyols

But beginners—don’t overthink it 😉

Here’s what research shows:

Studies found that people are more active when their friends are active. If your circle moves more, you naturally move more too.

Long-term research shows we often adjust our behavior to match our friends — especially when they have higher levels of physical activity.

Strength isn’t a feeling.
It’s a decision.
A commitment to become better than yesterday.
We don’t have energy.
We create it—by showing up and doing the work.
Even when motivation is missing.
Motivation doesn’t come first.
Action does.
We fail.
We learn.
And in that process, we prove to ourselves that success is possible.
Once we know it can be done,
we repeat it—
