Cornerstone Residence, is a top notch assisted living community, we offer private one and two bedroom apartments and suites with highly trained staff available 24 hours a day. Individual service plans are developed to guarantee each resident receives the services they need in order to maintain a long, active, healthy and independent life. OUR MISSION

Our goal is to sustain and enhance vital independent living so our residents can be rest assured that personal attention will always be available whenever needed. I am alittle late on the Halloween posting . The resident did a fun party that afternoon and we had trick or treaters in the evening . They all enjoyed seeing all the fun costumes the kiddos were wearing .

Gloomy day out today so why not play some Connect 4.

We decided it was time for some Hawaiian fun . So we had a Luau with virgin Daquiris and Margaritas. We searched in the sand for some seashells to take back home.

Today was “Let’s go camping” day. So we enjoyed some stores out on the patio with a couple little visitors to help us .

Our Story

Cornerstone Residence of Fosston has a unique set-up of 42 units that can accommodate a wide range of needs. We are three entities in itself! With an assisted living on one half of the property, and a portion of the facility designed for a more intimate, increased level of care we can assist the most independent of individuals by helping with laundry, housekeeping and medication set-ups as well as providing transfers, medication passing and hygiene cares for those who may need it.
