The can be a wonderful time of year, but for caregivers, they can also bring extra stress, busy schedules, and emotional moments.

As the season approaches, give yourself permission to slow down and simplify. It’s okay if things look a little different this year, what matters most is time spent together and moments of connection.

Sharing responsibilities, arranging respite care, or leaning on a friend can make a big difference. Take short breaks when you can, and stay connected with others who understand.

Caring for your own well-being isn’t selfish, it’s essential. Your matters just as much as the care you give. 💙

Alzheimer’s doesn’t just affect memory, it touches entire families, relationships, and communities. It’s a journey that can be confusing, emotional, and at times overwhelming and no one should have to go through it alone.

This month is a reminder to slow down and show . Check in with loved ones who may be showing early signs. Offer a kind word to a who’s doing their best every day. Learn something new about brain and prevention, as awareness truly makes a difference.

Together, we can help break the stigma, spread understanding, and bring a little more hope to those living with Alzheimer’s disease. 💜
