1) Get Your workout clothes ready the night before, not the morning of.
2) Set your alarm for 30 minutes earlier than you would normally wake up.
3) When your alarm goes off, count backwards from five. 5-4-3-2-1, Go! And get out of bed!
4)Get dressed somewhere other than your bedroom.
5)Drink a cold glass of water and then your go-go juice! I drink my water and then my favorite pre-workout! Maybe you'd have coffee or tea?
6) Do not get on social media until after your workout is done!
