1) Get Your workout clothes ready the night before, not the morning of.
2) Set your alarm for 30 minutes earlier than you would normally wake up.
3) When your alarm goes off, count backwards from five. 5-4-3-2-1, Go! And get out of bed!
4)Get dressed somewhere other than your bedroom.
5)Drink a cold glass of water and then your go-go juice! I drink my water and then my favorite pre-workout! Maybe you'd have coffee or tea?
6) Do not get on social media until after your workout is done!

Let’s be real shall we?  You won’t drop 2 pants sizes overnight.  You won’t lose 50 pounds in a month.  You will miss a workout from time to time. Life will happen.  You will have days where you would rather do anything else. This doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means you're human. You only fail if you quit.  And when you quit you’re only quitting on yourself.  Love yourself enough not to quit on you.

FULL TRANSPARENCY

I've attempted this before but I always tweeked it because I was intimidated and didn't think I could do it, therefore I've never done it properly. I always failed to plan so I never set myself up to do this refresh the right way.

Not this time! I'm all planned out and I'm going to what I need to do to follow it and see what happens.

No kids, no worrying about my phone recording, no interruptions, no distractions. I can't even describe to you how much I needed this. I screamed, I cursed,I cried, I lifted heavier than I ever have. There was nothing left in the tank today. And it's exactly what I needed. 🖤
