Happy Holidays from Max Strength Performance!

Here is a list of our hours and days through out the holidays. We will have staffed hours.

All Personal Training and Group Classes individuals will have written workouts . Personal Training and Gym Membership Users with Key Fobs still can access gym outside staffed hours. Group Classes will have written workout at the beginning of each staffed day!

Gym membership users will still be able to use key fob access 24/7!

Any new-comers or looking for a new gym during the holidays or beginning of the new year. Come in during our staffed hours to get signed up! Jenna Kaster will be here working during the holidays! So stop in and say Hi to Jenna over the holidays!

Happy Thanksgiving Break from MSP!!!! Hours this week will be normal Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday we will be open 6am-1pm. 24 hour Access will still be able to be used! But no Personal Training, Group Classes, or Sports Performance rest of the week after 1pm Wednesday!

Hello Everyone!! Here is our schedule for July 4th week.

We will have normal hours Monday June 30th and Tuesday July 1st. We will be open Wednesday July 2nd, 6am-12pm. Make sure you get on the schedule!
(For our Group Classes: MTW 6am & MT 5pm.)

We will be closed Wednesday July 2nd after 12pm, Thursday July 3rd and Friday July 4th. We will have staffed hours 8am-12pm on Thursday July 3rd.

Gym will still be open to members with 24/7 access.

We offer Sports Performance Group Classes Monday-Friday.

• Sports Performance with MSP is structured for all-athletes to become a well-rounded athlete while catering to each athlete’s specific sport.
• Each one-hour session will begin with soft tissue and mobility tailored to your specific needs. A dynamic warm up to rise body temperature to prepare you for your workout. The workout incorporates functionally sound movement training, strength training, and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique.
• The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.

• SPEED- Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Sprint Work and Footwork
• EXPLOSIVE POWER– Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Jumping & Landing Techniques
• STRENGTH- Focus on Upper body and Lower Body & Core
• CONDITIONING– Game Ready Preparation for all Athletes
• FLEXIBILITY– Soft Tissue (Foam Rolling), Stretching, Mobility
• INJURY REDUCTION -Identify & Correct Muscular imbalances, Balance, Stabilization
