We offer Sports Performance Group Classes Monday-Friday.
• Sports Performance with MSP is structured for all-athletes to become a well-rounded athlete while catering to each athlete’s specific sport.
• Each one-hour session will begin with soft tissue and mobility tailored to your specific needs. A dynamic warm up to rise body temperature to prepare you for your workout. The workout incorporates functionally sound movement training, strength training, and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique.
• The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.
• SPEED- Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Sprint Work and Footwork
• EXPLOSIVE POWER– Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Jumping & Landing Techniques
• STRENGTH- Focus on Upper body and Lower Body & Core
• CONDITIONING– Game Ready Preparation for all Athletes
• FLEXIBILITY– Soft Tissue (Foam Rolling), Stretching, Mobility
• INJURY REDUCTION -Identify & Correct Muscular imbalances, Balance, Stabilization
