I am looking forward to welcoming you into The Yin Room this evening. Class starts at 6 but the door will open at 5:45 pm, giving you some time to settle into the space.

Cozy socks and your favorite throw blanket is recommended. If you need a yoga mat, please let me know so I can set one out for you.
