Love this from Granite Baseball Club 👇

This past winter, we had the opportunity to work with Granite athletes from December through March at Rewire Health & Performance, and it was a great example of what happens when skill work and physical development actually complement each other.

While they were getting their reps in at CMBallClub, we focused on:

* Building real strength (not just “working out”)
* Improving speed and first-step quickness
* Cleaning up movement mechanics to reduce injury risk
* Helping athletes understand how to train with intent

What stood out most wasn’t just the physical progress—it was how consistent these kids were showing up and putting in the work all winter.

That kind of structure matters. When athletes have a place to train, a plan to follow, and coaches who communicate, you see it carry over to the field.

Granite is looking to expand next season to have a new incoming 10u, 11u, 12u and /or 13u! Teams. We want to keep kids playing baseball and softball while giving them everything they need to both succeed and have a great time. No “B” teams and no money grabs. We invest in our kids so they improve their mechanics, play competitive games, and most of all become good young mature kids on and off the field as they prepare for high school

Teams this past season got

- winter training Dec 1through March 31 at CMBallClub

-strength and conditioning training at Rewire Health & Performance during that same period from Owner Jeremy Dillon

Full button up home and away uniforms with 2 pairs of pants
A helmet
A belt
A practice hat and a game hat
2 tshirts
1 hoodie with embroidered name
Backpack bag and/or roller catchers bag

Winter season just wrapped up… now what, Franklin? 🏒➡️⚾⚽🏀

For a lot of athletes (especially our hockey players), this is where things can go one of two ways:
➡️ Take time off and lose momentum
➡️ Or build a real foundation heading into spring and beyond

I’m Jeremy, owner and head coach at Rewire Health & Performance here in Franklin.

Right now we’re working with a lot of athletes coming out of winter sports who want to:

🎄✨ 200 Bags. Endless Smiles.

Last night at RHP, our community came together to build 200 Buddy the Elf-themed gift bags for kids in local hospitals — and the energy was incredible!

Each bag was packed with love and loaded with fun:
🖍 Crayons + coloring books
🧸 Beanie Babies
🧼 Slime
🪀 Toys and more

They’ve already been delivered to Tufts Boston Medical Center and Newton-Wellesley Hospital, where they’ll bring comfort, distraction, and a little holiday magic to children facing tough medical experiences.

Huge thank you to everyone who showed up, stayed late, brought good vibes, and helped make this event a success. 💛
Special shoutout to Kim Gatto for creating Bundles of Brave and letting us be part of something so meaningful.

Night one in the books with the Granite Ball Club — U10 Milford.

We set expectations, learned what real speed mechanics look like, built the foundation for strength, and took our first step toward developing young leaders on and off the field.

The energy was awesome. The buy-in was even better.

🏆 50 MPH CLUB! 🥎💨
Big shoutout to Amelia — just 10 years old and already throwing 50 mph! That’s a huge milestone most pitchers don’t reach until 13–14 years old.

Amelia’s been putting in serious work with her pitching coaches, and since starting training at Rewire Health & Performance just a month ago, she’s taken her strength and power to another level.

This speed puts her among the elite for her age — a true sign of her dedication, athleticism, and love for the game.

Keep going, Amelia — this is only the beginning! 💪🔥

Yesterday’s RHP 2-Year Anniversary Party was a huge success — and it’s all thanks to YOU.
