I provide private and group
Reiki Healing Sessions, Sound Healing Sessions, and Yoga Sessions
for the physical, emotional and spiritual "up-keep" and well being of our
clients, friends, and family. Colleen Kleya is a healer, who utilizes, reiki, sound healing, coaching and yoga as part of her holistic healing practice. She teaches yoga in private and classroom settings, as well as classes and workshops for specific groupings. Her offerings and expertise are in prenatal yoga, yoga for labor, mommy and baby yoga, family yoga, toddler yoga, yoga for kids, healing yoga, and yoga concert classes. Colleen got her teaching certification through Open Doors Yoga Studios in 2009 and has been teaching yoga in the area since. She taught prenatal yoga though-out her pregnancy and has written a guide to prenatal yoga practice called "Prenatal Yoga for Positive Pregnancy". She has a healing practice in JP, Blissful Spirit Healing, and became a certified Reiki Master and Sound Healer in 2013. Colleen has volunteered and studied at the "Learning From the Heart" program, which facilitates yoga and meditation for children on the autism spectrum and their families, as well as developed an interactive yoga program for toddlers to teens and their families, called BlissKids Yoga. She comes to her clients and students with an open mind and compassionate heart, to empower the individual to ignite connection to the body and set a good foundation for healthy living - mind, body & soul."information
