This week, we’re honored to shine a light on Crystal Delgado, Director of Revenue Cycle in Tennessee

Having experienced hospice personally through a family member’s terminal diagnosis, she shared “Without hospice, navigating that reality would have been unbearable. The care team’s dedication inspires me to provide the best financial and administrative support possible.”
Her impact reaches far beyond numbers and strategy. She recalls a moment when a colleague told her she kept an email on her desk where she called her “the best of the best.” That small reminder showed her “the power of our words” and the importance of how we treat each other even in the little moments - “the real impact of my work is in supporting and uplifting others.”
As she beautifully shared, “Seeing a process execute successfully and enhancing the employee or patient experience… that’s my ‘why.’”
